Go CS! .. down only 3 at half.
So are we thinking Memphis will win by 15, or 20?
Hey if Memphis goes down, Missouri is our biggest competition before Conn in Elite 8. I don't think it'll happen, but it would be huge...not to mention fun to watch.
March = Best month of the year...hands down.

Then just imagine if Cornell knocks off Missouri. MU would then get Cornell instead of Missouri to get to the Sweet 16, then the winner of Cal/Maryland/Cal St. Northridge to get to the Elite 8!!
Oh to dream....
CS takes the lead by a point at 14:00!
I think this shows how far C-USA has fallen, the Premier Team in the league on the ropes versus a #15 seed.
Who's pushin the buttons at CBS? The channel I am on now in Milwaukee is showing TA&M leading BYU by 16 points. They will likely switch to the Memphis game about the time Memphis starts to take control.

Turn on 540AM, they're covering Memphis v Cal St. Northridge
what a crazy pace for this game.... 55-55 11 mins left wow!
I would have been lost without cbs.com, streaming all of these games is incredible!
You can see it on the web as well
how's the game going? I'm following in class and it says tied at 55. How is Cal State looking and is memphis off?
Northridge by 6 with 10:02 to go.
UP BY 6 with 10 to go.
CSN is scoring nearly every trip.
Place is going crazy.
Gus Johnson would have had a heart attack by now if he was calling this game.
Never mind. Nothing to see here. Memphis by 10 with a minute to go.
they got victimized by a pick and roll of memphis while they were in the zone and never changed out of it...
I guess the moral of the story is to keep driving on memphis. they got lucky a guy that averaged 13 on the year came up with 35...

Who also shot an unconscious 10-14 from 3pt range
Actually, the guy only averaged 4.5 ppg. He scored 30.5 points above his average. he had also never hit for more than 3 3-pointers a game. Where would Memphis have been without that performance?

That is why I got March Mega Madness on DirecTV. They don't switch away from the game like they use to do and they are all in HD. This is the only way I can gaurantee I'll get to see MU play.
Man, Roburt Sallie won them that game. He's one of the storied names in recruiting over the last several years and it has nothing to do with his play.
He was actually part of the high school class of 2003, but couldn't qualify out of HS. Then he did a prep year and was supposed to go to Washington, but still couldn't qualify. So he did another prep year and was supposed to go to Nebraska, but he didn't qualify. So he did a year at a JUCO where he didn't play with the hopes of going back to Nebraska, but some admissions person screwed up and the Big 12 banned him. So he did another year at the JUCO before going to Memphis.
By the time he's a senior at Memphis, he will be 25 and have been out of high school for 8 years.
I've got 3 history credits from CSUN....I was pulling hard for the old Matadors. Oh well.
Sallie's story is almost identical to our 2010 recruit, Montreale Clark.

Not really.
Clark, for all his transfers still graduated high school in the correct year and only spent one year at Prep School. He'll spend two years at the JUCO and have two at MU, so he'll graduate as part of the class of 2012, one year behind schedule.
Sallie spent 2 years in prep school, and two years at JUCO, but gets an extra year to play because he didn't play during one of his JUCO years. So he'll graduate as part of the class of 2011, four years behind schedule.
