I could see Nova losing, but maybe to VCU. ;)

do you realize that villanova will be playing on their actual home court, the wachovia center, for that game against ucla? not to mention that i think ucla is terribly overrated (even as a 6).
Yeah, but Chicos loves Howland. So it must be a safe pick.
One of the guys on ESPN was pretty convincing that WVa would make it to the sweet sixteen, and then he mentioned Bob Huggins. :-\
The top three seeds should all make it. I think one of Syracuse or Nova will make it, and the other won't. Same with MU and WVa. Obviously I'd like to see us all make it. But I think everyone in the 3-6 range is pretty even, so we'll have a 50/50 record in those games. Hopefully MU is one that makes it.

So is Temple the official host of that site? Teams aren't allowed to play at the site they are hosting, so I assume it is Temple.
not sure who the host is. But villanova has a smaller arena on their campus. The rules are that as long as you play 3 games or less on a court, you can still play at that site. So Nova only scheduled 3 games at the Wachovia Center this year and had the rest on campus.
I have 5 teams in the sweet 16, with West Virgina going down and 1 other upset possibly Syracuse.
four.
You could make an argument that Villanova is the biggest benficiary of DJ's injury. If DJ plays we maybe beat Louisville and Syracuse to get the double bye, and then beat Nova in the BE tourney. Our seeds could have been reversed with them, and then they don't get the benefit of a preferential location in Philly.

St. Joe's was the host.
