What I know is we will not see a team as talented as UConn, Pitt, Louisville, Cuse or Nova until the 2nd weekend. If we were in the Big Ten we'd be looking up which Mass to attend on Sunday in Indy. I don't like losing but when you play in college basketball's version of the Champions League you have to expect some rough sledding. As long as we're a 7 or better we're fine b/c no 2 seed outside of the BE scares me.
On CBSsportsline, their bracket was updated today with Nova a 3 seed and MU a 7 seed. This was before today's game. Given how this game went down, I hope that discrepancy doesn't exist when brackets come out. Nova is a 3/4 and we should be a 5/6.
We should be a 6 seed which would be a very good seed to give us a good opportunity to get to the Sweet 16.
What I know is this team would never have been in position to win this game if Crean were still the coach.
