During the games a team's RPI and SOS are often mentioned in a graphic. Where is the best place to get that info for MU?
Shouldn't our SOS be getting significantly better as we face these top 10 teams?

CBS Sportsline does a really good job with RPI and SOS

NCAA put their official one out this AM... MU at 27.
Anyone concerned this could cause us to drop to a 6 or 7?
Texas Southern, Houston Baptist, Depaul x2 and Central Michigan are killing our SOS more then UCONN and Louisville can help it.

absolutely not.
if we lose out (including BET) we are probably a 5 or a 6 though.

Very much so. They will drop us one line with the DJ injury. If we don't beat Pitt it is no big deal but if we lose to Syracuse and don't make the Semifinals of the Big East tourny we will fall to a 7 seed as Syracuse will pass us by in the minds of the committee with a win over us.
Having said that I would rather be a 6 than a 5. The 3 seeds out of our conference don't scare me and we don't have to play North Carolina or Oklahoma in the sweet 16.
Not to mention avoiding the dreaded 5-12 matchup in the first round that usually produces at least one and often multiple upsets each tourney.
I will say this again.....If MU manages to secure the 4th seed in the Big East, it will be a travesty if they are seeded below a 4(Dominic or no Dominic), regardless of what happens in the Big East tournament. Now if they finish 5th or lower, then I could see them getting a lower seed as you are then "grouped in" with the rest of the tourney teams in the Big East, but again, if they get the 4th seed, and are seeded below a 4, there is something VERY wrong IMO.
The problem with both rpi and sos is it all starts with a highly subjective ranking at the begginning of the season. Its stupid. Perfect example is the Big Ten being the toughest conference in America, its a joke. Its the same reason 5 and 6 seeds get beat every year, because teams like Dayton are better then Illinois.
