Now the likely hood of this team getting to the final four is slim (I hope I am wrong) but I REALLY REALLY like this teams charisma and heart and will hold a special place for it in my heart above the 2002-2003 final four team; which was obviously a lot of fun to watch but to see this team grow up in front of our eyes and have the mental toughness that they have is something I will never forget.
Godspeed to them in their illustrious quest for what the rest of the world tells them is impossible.....winning w/o DJ.

+1. This team showed heart and grit today, outrebounding a bigger team on its homecourt. 12 offensive rebounds is quite noteworthy. Jerel shoots half as well as he usually does and we win this game. I'm proud of the boys, and expect the same type of gritty effort on Wed.
A few years back these "kids" nearly won at Villanova and rightly should have. Inexperience and, perhaps, some nerves caused 3 fatal turnovers in the final minutes. To say we've seen this team grow up is quite fitting. The leadership and confidence won't ever prevent an off day here and there. But since that day on 'Nova's campus, there have been many a highlight by our men.
