So is anyone else disappointed that the law school goes forward and the new engineering school is delayed. Seems it would be the other way around if MU really wanted to be a contributor to the community.

It's not really a question of priorities for MU, it's just that there have been more big $$$ donors for the law school and that's why it's going forward first.

not sure how you would come to that conclusion. how would contribution by the respective engineering college or law school be measured
I'm not I follow any of your reasoning PIG84.
why would the community care which is completed first?
I guess just a personal feeling that as a group engineers contribute far far more to the betterment of society. And I am not either

it's all in the money. there is still 30 mil needed to complete the funding of the new engineering building. the law school has all of its funds lined up already.
