I actually would have expected the Big East to have the most considering the 16 team league, while the ACC has 12 schools.

Yup. But the ACC and the Big East have always been THE destination for prep hoopsters.
What surprised me is how many signees the Big XII has.
Even when those last 9 start to sign, it'll still be very close to call which conference has the most Top 100 signees.
