Sounds about right.  Wtf is UCLA doing at #6??  Beating ND by 30+ isn't really a big deal in recent weeks...

OK I know it was a bad loss, but some of these teams shouldn't have jumped MU ( MSU, UCLA, Memphis,)

And wow to the love for Wake, they've lost 3 /5 including getting absolutely killed by a mediocre Miami team.

How is Duke #5? Also, UCLA has not beaten a ranked team this season, and people ask who Marquette has beaten?

Yeah...I would have to believe Villanova put in a more impressive week than UCLA and they both came from the back of the pack.

I'll take 12....I actually was expecting something around 15.

Looking at this poll, I'm not sure we would've moved much, if at all, anyway....with UCLA getting that boost and Wake moving to 8....we may have stayed the same...maybe 7.

A loss at home to Northwestern and perhaps an under-rated Penn State earlier this year and Marquette is behind Mich. State?

I think some of these pollsters need to ask themselves...WHO YA CRAPPIN'!?!?!?!

I thought the same thing until I looked at their schedule - UCLA plays Arizona State later this week on ESPN.

#6 vs #18 looks like more of a top tier game to potential viewers than #11 vs #18

If only the same logic would apply to the MU-Nova game

The Memphis thing is ridiculous.  They haven't beat anyone significant and they will not play anyone good for the rest of the year.  Memphis has the easiest way to a 1 seed.  So stupid.

I don't understand how they move from unranked to top ten just by beating cupcakes.  I do understand that its Calpari working his magic but it is just ridiculous.

Well, I suspect it's because there's only a handful of top 25 teams that have NOT lost to a cupcake.  Memphis being one of them.  Unfortunately, after Friday, Marquette can't claim to be in that crowd.  :'(

UCLA has two-three more losses coming: @ASU, @CAL, and possibly @STANFORD.
