A few stats that seem to jump out.
70 of the 74 points come from our starters.
Bench production looks bare on paper. The only one to fill the stat sheet was Kinsella in his 4 minutes.
Cube's 22 minutes look bare, but he did a great job in beating the press.
We only forced 8 turnovers.
We committed a respectable 13 turnovers. But 12 out of 13 came in two short stretches in the game.
Behind the arc. James 4-7. Matthews 3-4

Cubillan didnt turn the ball over last night -- impressive. For the season his A/TO ratio is slightly better than 2:1.
I thought Daveeeed handled the press the best of the guards. He would dribble to the middle and glide through traffic to an open spot, whereas DJ and Jerel seemed to want to challenge the traps. I thought Kinsella's work was pivotal, even if it was only 4 minutes.
gotta think that kinsella will be a situational sort of big man...
he is more like a padgett than a thebeet of uconn, ergo his pt vs. ul.
would imagine that tc would be looking and picking the situations that best utilize what mike can bring to the court.
I agree with TVDirector that Mike is more a situational big guy.
IMHO next Sat should be a good one of those situations for Mike be called upon to bring some toughness against Grey in Grimm-fashion.
I know its been touted that he can step out and shoot the 3 but we'll need the bodies and hard D from all of our bigs when Ooze is out for a spell.
