Title: SOS Question
Post by: Tugg Speedman on February 04, 2009, 09:50:50 PM
We play ND and Cincy once.  ND loses to cincy.  That is both bad and good for SOS.

Is it correct to assume these conference games are a wash for our SOS?

Basically a wash...I know for RPI that road wins count for 1.4 and home wins for .6 but I have no idea if that works for SOS too.

Notre Dame's next game is at UCLA. That could hurt our strenght of schedule if UCLA wins. it would be amazing if Notre Dame won that game to break their string of losses.

I would have to think that if UC beats ND in the Joyce Center, it helps our SOS.

The game last night was not at the Joyce. They played at the USBank arena in Cincy.
