The powder blue shirt was provided by the university, which of course doesn't have any concept of brand continuity.
Still a great shot.
BTW .. where'd the flags come from? We walked in a good 10 minutes before tip .. trading cards were being given out, but no flags. Never got one. :-(
The powder blue was to commemorate the 30th anny of the NCAA championship. They are awesome shirts.

I'm sure we all love our 77 championship commemorative shirts that we received... 2 years ago or so? That being said, gold shirts should be worn to home games.

Wrong entrance, maybe? Were they only handing them out to students? I hardly saw any outside of the student section.
Everyone who came in the entrance from the back parking lot had them. Other than students or kids, most of the "older folks" tended not to waive them. The exception was at tip-off.
Hmm. We came in from the back parking lot. Didn't see them!
I went in the south west door and no flags, but my family went in the east side and had extra when I made it up to our section.

I think the first 10,000 fans got the flags. I usually show up at the BC early to soak up the atmosphere and watch the shoot around, so ended up with a flag. My buddies/co season ticket holders, usually show up later and they ended up with the trading cards.
