Adequate. I believe they only offered 1 or 2 types of burritos to keep it simple (Chicken and Beef as I recall), and that was it. Stripped down to the basics like Chipotle. However, it gets the job done.
Don't waste your money. I'm a rabid Qdoba fan, and it's disappointing, especially after paying $7 for it. The chicken in mine was literally burnt, it was pre-made, and it wasn't even hot.

If you absolutely have to have a burrito, it will do. But in the grand scheme of things it is not that good.
There's only two choices for meat, and they are pretty bland. They also don't put much meat in the burrito. I don't recall there being anything like peppers or lettuce, but they do have cheese. If you get the pre-made ones, I don't think they have salsa of any kind on the inside, but if they make it while you wait they can add it. Mostly it's just a tortilla and rice. They manage to put nearly the same amount of rice as a normal burrito into one that is maybe 1/2 to 2/3 the size.
No Qdoba's in my neck of the woods, but I found this...probably not good at the BC though:
