After such a great win last night and such a high ranking this week, all I know is that the crowd better be going NUTS on Saturday at the Bradley Center for the G'town game!! G'town is gonna be looking to get back on track, and what better way at making a statement then bumping off your conference's leading team while on the road? We're going to have to help will our boys to another dominant performance!! Is anyone else with me?!
WE ARE MARQUETTE!!!
+1
WE ARE MARQUETTE!
After last year's game, I think you're gonna see 19,000 people out for blood on Saturday.
Should be another great atmosphere... can't wait!
Looks like we might break the attendance record for a basketball game in the state of wisconsin when playing a Jesuit opponent on a saturday afternoon.......... ;)
But please.... I can't take another end of game scenario like last year. No more phantom fouls.
18,000+ crowds never came to the Bradley center to see MU play before Crean and never will again. Per certain people.

Question:
What in this thread has to do with Crean, besides your comment?
Answer:
Nothing.
Bye bye.

I did miss that. I guess that I never associated those announcements with Crean.
I'm fully expecting bedlam. 19,000 fans out for blood like last year. Cheapest PAIR on StubHub is going for $46/seat right now.
The Miller products will certainly be flowing :)

Damn...looking @ tix for the March 1st game @ L'ville. WISH that prices were even remotely close to prices for MU games @ the BC.
The game's gonna be awesome and the BC better be crazy as well!!! I'm most worried about the duo of Greg Monroe and Dajuan Summers, those two could potentially create some match up problems for us. Summers has impressed me every time I watch him and Monroe is still just a freshman, but you can tell he's got some real talent already.

Let Monroe get his...As long as our guards can shut down their guards, we WILL win. The ND game proved that.

What "certain people?" Who ever said this?
I'll answer for you--nobody. Nobody EVER said that. Of course, truth seems to bother you, so I'm not surprised you repeat yet another baseless and unsubstantiated claim.
I'll remind you of what I actually DID say: Of 178 Bradley Center games prior to Crean, just 5 of them total (over the course of 11 seasons) drew more than 18,000. As compared to 6 games that exceeded that mark in the 2007-08 season alone.

Wait, how is that possible? We already had our Super Bowl against the Badgers this year. :D
Of course it will be a tough and rough game. I hope the crowd is into early - and often. I will be there screaming and doing my part :) We need this one to finsih out a great week. So. . . let's beat Georgetown on the 31st!
GO Marquette!!
