I love the way Marquette plays with such determination, heart and soul. You can see it in their eyes just how badly they want to win. This was a great win for them and now it's time to destroy Georgetown.

Fortitude, warriorette, this team plays with alot of fortitude.
absolutely fortitude......
and passion.....so just how many adjectives can we come up with????
I thought the key tonight was when Buzz did NOT call time out when ND grabbed the lead back. The guys just put their heads down and got it right back. Buzz must have figured a time out would give ND the rest they needed...and we just went right at them. No backing down.
That is called "texas hold'em"

I love the way they pump each other up too - with a very serious and determined look on their faces. Awesome. Love these guys.....

DJ was incredible tonight in this regard. Not only a strong night statistically, but the emotional leader tonight as well.

He had a few drives/dishes in the second half that absolutely put the ND drive to an end and gave us back the momentum. It reminded me exactly of how he took control of the Valpo game (granted on a smaller scale)
**Edited to account for the Vandy-Valpo mistake...oops
when did MU play Vandy? are you talking about VALPO?
