Heads up all you Direct TV'ers. The game is being broadcast on MSG+, channel 635. It's a part of the Sports Pack.
It is also on ESPN Full Court.
A heads up for the WVU game. As of right now it does not look like it is on Full Court, only SNY and MSG. The bar that we go to in Saint Paul has DirecTv sports pack and Full Court. Because the bar is commercial and not residential, the sports pack stations are blacked out and we can only get Full Court. I am wondering how this is going to affect watching Saturday's game. Any help would be appreciated.
WVU game definitely on FC

Thanks for the info. I should have checked there first. On my DirecTv search engine it is not showing it on FC. Thanks again.

i have said this for 3 years now ...you are better off buying the sports pack, $11 a month on Directv and $6 amonth on dish. you can watch all the games on the various reginal stations on the sports pack, ie msg, sny, masn, etc. Plus you get espnu. you are looking aT less than $50 to watch the gmas versus $100 fro full court and you dont get all the games on full court.
btw the picture quality for whatever reason is 10x better on these channels as well

I switched to Direct TV late Fall, and have already watched twice as many MU games this season, as compared to 07-08. And they simply let you cancel the sports pack once the season is over if you want.
Anything in Chicago? Comcast? Whatever?
comcast chicago offers the full court package and i belive in a week or so the price goes down to $70 for the whole thing. i don't have the full court subscription as i am a season ticket holder and go to most of the games. but the home games i don't make or the away games that are not national are always on full court. you can call and get the full court for a day and it i think it is 14.99 or something like that. not worth it to me to buy the whole package because i usually only watch MU games unless it is a high profile nationally broadcast game. so i usually end up calling 3-4 times a year to order the full court just for the days MU is on.
I believe my Comcast in Rockford is the same as Comcast in Chicago. Here in Rockford the game is on channel 583 with the ESPN Full Court package.
Just an FYI, MSG is a station that has not been cleared on the SportsPack in recent years. Not sure if that will apply today, however.

Chicos, any insight on this??
Just a heads up since it hasn't been mentioned, the game is on WMLW in Milwaukee.

Milwaukee viewer here with Time Warner. My Journal Sentinel listing on tonight's game lists contradictory info. TV listing says game will be tape delayed one hour starting at 7:30 p.m. Milwaukee time. The JS sports section says game will be televised starting at its tip-off time, 6:30. Does anyone know if local Milwaukee viewing will be delayed one hour?

The tvguide.com listing has a 6:30 start.
I checked my TWC guide this morning and it said 6:30. Hopefully they don't screw this one up like the game at Oakland from a few years back... I always worry with WMLW... not exactly a top operation.
WMLW's official site says 6:00 PM from their sports programming page (http://www.wmlw.com/sports_schedule.html), but the website they link to for their complete programming (http://wmlw.titantv.com/apg/basic.aspx?siteid=50517) says 7:30. I'd be a little baffled to see the game tape delayed for a Family Feud rerun. ?-(
It's a 7:30 Eastern start according to the Rutgers website
So now I am not so sure about the game being broadcast on MSG+ with the Direct TV Sports Pack.
The poster "Eye" has his doubts about the broadcast and I looked into it a bit and for the life I can not find a straight answer if the game will be blacked out or not. I called Direct TV, and the guy wasn't that helpful.
Any fellow Direct TV'ers out there have any ideas??

I just checked with the national broadcast center. The game is not blacked out. It will be on MSG+ as well as Full Court.
Go Warriors
Thanks Chicos!

Over the air channel 41, Time Warner Cable channel 7 (in the MKE area)
The official MU site says it'll be on WACY in the Appleton/GB area, for whatever that's worth. I doubt you get WMLW.
thanks, i get that channel but the tv guide doesn't show the game so who knows. hopefully the tv guide is wrong
anybody know the directtv channel?
Thanks Chicos. I recalled the only channel the UConn game was on on the SportsPack last January was MSG. I woke up at game time to find out it was blacked out. I had to scramble to get to a buddy's house who has FullCourt to watch the game. Glad to hear that's been changed this year.

Doesn't mean it can't happen again. If I remember last year MSG had purchased the rights to that game locally which might be why it was blacked out. Depends where you live and what rights they had purchased.
