Barro has the best game of his MU career (17pts, 10 rb) to help the team overcome a SHAKY finish and beat UCONN, 73-69.

Good job by the team tonight. If they could just avoid some of the "bad" stretches we've all seen, this team could be really good. I'm hoping they put it together and go into March playing their best ball.

Actually he had 13 rebounds i believe. So even more beastly.

D. Burke deserves a shout out for a very well played game. And McNeal was McNeal which was mostly pretty good.

Barro had an incredible game that wasn't totally reflected in stats. It is amazing how much he has improved overall. The fact that he has learned to use his body on defense gave him the ability to play the whole 2nd half. It used to be that his minutes were limited by his foul count. The refs allowing physical play helped MU last night.
