#24 this week.
Dayton still unranked. Whoops. More important, however, the Big East accounts for 3/8 of the top 16 and 1/3 of the top 24, and the highest ranked Big 10 team is 17.
24th in the AP as well.
Is anyone as surprised as i am that Michigan didnt get a ranking this week. I know they received votes, but i would have thought that beating two ranked opponents in the last two weeks would have gotten them a 24 or 25 ranking. I mean they did lose to a maryland team that beat Michigan State. Is it because they beat duke, a team they lost to two weeks before, at home?
Or has Beilein just not gotten them there yet?
i think they lost to a stinky team and have a few nailbiters in there against bad teams too. seem to be very mercurial does it deserve a ranking, apparently not.
Other than their loses to Duke and Maryland, 15 point and 5 point deficit's respectivly, the only stink, nailbiter would have been to Savannah State, who they beat in OT by 2. I know Sav St sucks but every other win has been a hands down victory (not counting the 3 point win over UCLA).
