Title: Give Mathews the ball

The offense should run through Wesley the rest of the way.  He is our only legitimate option on offense right now.

Hayward and Mcneal can take over too. I think if you get dominic feeding the ball to wes, jerel, and Lazar then our offense is pretty dangerous.

One problem, Wesley is fhe only one that can consistently hit free throws.

Wes is definitely our most consistent scorer right now. But Jerel and Lazar have the ability to get very hot, so we can't cut them out completely. But Wes has to be the No. 1 option right now.

I think Dominic knows his role now.  He is a distributor who manages the offense, takes open shots, and creates oppotunities for others with his penetration.  Jerel believes that he is better and more important offensively than he actually is.  It reminds me of the way James was his sophmore year.  McNeal can definitely get hot but when he isn't, he should defer to Mathews or Hayward on offense because they are a lot less streaky, especially Mathews.

I think the key to our offense working is for everyone, especially the big four to know their own boundaries. When one of them has a bad night they can always pass it off to the other three, or to some of our role players. If Jerel is not hitting his shots, like he wasn't last night then what he needs to do is penetrate and kick the ball out so he can gain his confidence back, and give some other players a chance to make a play. We all know that on any given night one of those four players can go for 20 points, its just a matter of working the ball around and taking good shots so all of them can contribute. That way the opposing team doesn't just have to worry about jerel or Wesley, they have to worry about all four of them not to mention some of our other players.
