Yes he does. And when your program is talked about, it leads to people saying "I want to think about playing there".
Pete Carrol has been a genius at it out here and it started before his team got good.

Exactly, if a mop with a bucket on top was hired to be the coach there news outlets would be doing stories about the rebuilding process. Although crean's pr abilities will continue to serve him and indiana well. At least he isn't painting himself red and going to the girl's games... yet?
