A tad high dont you think?

Chicago state had 29
Marquette had 27

Several players from both teams were in foul trouble as a total of 56 fouls were called, including 29 on the Cougars. Sixty-eight free throws were attempted with Marquette going 30-for-43 from the line.

I remember listening to the radio around midnight with Jimmy Mac and Homer going crazy with all the fouls.

Brutal, just brutal.  While a combo of Hightower, Greenwood and Higgins would have called a lower # of fouls, MU needs to clean this up--now.  Buzz not happy after the game.  I have a feeling from his comments that UWM game will be different.  That, and DJ needs to make a FT.

That said, Holston was a stud--quick release, accurate for treyland.  Thank god he sat out a lot of the 1st half with foul trouble.  Supposedly, 5 NBA scouts at the game last night.  Great for this kid, Wes, Lazar and JM.

obviously with only 9 players this can't continue for MU, ridiculous refs or not.
