Does anyone have any new information on this, last I heard was his injury was a stress fracture and he was out "indefinitely". Is there any more information on this.
If he is out for an extended period of time/whole year, college basketball is wide open as to who is #1.
Think they said from the start it wouldn't be all that long. Per http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/news?slug=ap-preseasonall-america&prov=ap&type=lgns:
QuoteHansbrough averaged 22.6 points and 10.6 rebounds in leading the Tar Heels to a school-record 36 wins and the Final Four last season. He will miss about two weeks of practice after being diagnosed last week with a stress reaction in his right shin.
