What a ride this game was, glad to see them persevere and pull it out. They could’ve folded after that poor first half and they did not. That’s the difference between a Shaka and Wojo team.

Wojo would have told them to fire up the engines on the tarmac if they were down 10 at half.

I thought we were going to lose. Said it out loud to myself in a room nobody else wanted to be in.

We’ve been giving flowers to Coach Smart (rightfully so), and our ‘old-school’ grit, our ‘connectedness’ and how Wojo would have blown so many of these late…

But this team is ALL ABOUT KOLEK!

He is so freakin’ good. I hope he’s on the 6-year plan. Let him be a Dr. when he finally leaves! It’s him! He’s the ‘head of the snake’!

Shallow bigs…woeful rebounding…inconsistent 3s. MU has a lot of things wrong with it. Someone stronger in those areas is likely to knock them out.

But we’ve got “unnatural carnal knowledge EM” KOLEK!!

NEXT!!!

For NET purposes does today count as Neutral or Away?

Same question for when playing UCONN.

It’s been kinda strange getting used to this thing called halftime adjustments.  😊
