I thought that was awful.  Why not play action there or allow Burrow to make a play outside the pocket?

Especially with Perine. Not sure why you don’t use Mixon if you are going to run it.

Somebody predicted great things for Stafford and the Rams 54 weeks ago.

One lousy extra point miss. Along with Chase taking off Ramsay’s face mask on a 75 yard td, a lot of people lost money. Did you hear the booing of fans when Rams kicked final extra point?  Everyone wanted them to go for two, cover spread. Oh well

Bengals stopped the run, but if they didn’t have that Chase TD, might not have been close.  Aaron Donald is ridiculous.  Kupp is ridiculous.

Bengals gonna be second guessed for not giving Mixon ball on 4th and one.

Rams get Stafford, Miller, Ramsey, OBJ, Floyd, etc. pays off. Congrats Rams fans.

Is Donald one of the top 10 defensive players in history?  He ran over that guy like a rhino.

Needed a great WR to do it, just like Megatron in Detroit.

So much anger in you, Billy.

That extra point cost me the second and fourth quarter Block on our team pool

Yes. He’s a 3 time Defensive Player of the Year and 7 time First Team All Pro. Likes to choke players, but is one of the greatest defensive players ever to play the game.

Kupp gets MVP
Guess that’s fair, but Donald was also well deserving.

I enjoyed the halftime show. Could have done without the 50 Cent cameo but it was nice to see AP on drums.

Yup, really should have come down to that, which would have been awesome.

I’d have leaned towards Donald but Kupp was so big on that last drive.  I get it

Kupp caught the touchdowns.    Donald was neutralized fairly well in the first half.     Really stepped up in the second half.

3rd and 1 and you run? That’s where you take your shot.

Brutal.

I thought the mistake was the pass on 2nd down. That's when you run and then you run again on 3rd if needed. 10 more yards put them in FG range. Get there first and then go for the win. You can always fall back to the FG.

I don’t have a problem with it and it’s picking nits.  Both were deserving

Rams had a lot of defensive weapons. But after OBJ went down, not many options on offense besides Kupp, yet he got open against double coverage almost every time.

Hated the 3rd-down run.

The Bengals had plenty of time to get the winning TD. As soon as they ran there, they were saying, "We're happy going for the tying FG." You let your best players - Burrow and his pass-catchers - make a play and then you see where you stand after you get the first down.

On the facemask that wasn't called on Higgins ... it was well downfield, and there was only one ref who could have made the call. And he was trailing the play and running as fast as he could (which wasn't fast). And Higgins' and Ramsey's backs were to the ref. There is no way he could have seen it. It was an "obvious" penalty to everybody watching on TV because we had a great angle.

I didn’t mind the run because they needed the first down. Time really wasn’t the issue.

What was extremely questionable was they didn’t use Mixon

The 2nd & 1 useless bomb was the ultimate dagger. That was an atrocious decision and play call, there’s just no need for it there. If you’re at or inside the Rams 40, maybe, but you just can not waste that down.
