French Open

One thing I think we all can agree on is that the highest level of men's tennis is not a crapshoot.

The same 3 players have been on top for a decade. Occasionally a fourth (Murray, Wawrinka, Thiem, etc) joins them for a spell, but it always comes down to Federer, Nadal and Djokovic.

As always, rooting for Rafa, and I like his chances on clay. But Djokovic has looked like the best player in the world for the last year.

Which one? The old man, the older man or the oldest man?

RAFA!

Wow, that was a butt-kicking. Lots of talk about how the conditions affected the guys ... as if only Roger had to play outside in the wind while Rafa was sitting in a La-Z-Boy recliner in his living room.

It was weird to watch Roger totally mailing in the third set. You don't see champions in any sport quit like that often, but I do get it. He had no chance on clay against Rafa when Rafa was playing almost perfectly and he was playing awful. Just wanted to get the hell outta there.

The King of Clay rules again!

Another dominant performance. Now only 2 majors shy of Federer's record.

So much fun to watch. What an athlete.

I even liked the shirt he wore this tournament; need to send a hint to kids for Father's Day!
