Really a toss up here between DJO and Jamil.  I still haven't decided personally.  DJO with the 7-0 run and definitely got his points today.  Jamil with a double double and filling up the stat sheet.  Perhaps his best game as a Golden Eagle.

1) Wilson 18 and 10 with 3 blocks.

2) The TEAM.   22 for 23 from free throw line.  Nice.....

DJO went quiet in the second half compared with the first half, but like the Seton Hall game with Blue, he lit the fire that got this team going tonight. Honorable mention...Junior with some sick assists out there tonight.

I voted Jamil, but DJO good choice too

Calvin:  Nobody thinks I'm a genius.

All the starters had really nice games (well - second halves), but DJO put his head down and dragged us out of a double digit hole.  Much like Blue in the Seton Hall game, that broke us through to the other side.  We weren't losing after the 19-5 run in which he scored 14 of those points.

Jae Crowder.  Double-double and great sportsmanship not getting the 'T' when the ref was itching to give him one.

Crowder, Cadougan, and Wilson all had double doubles. DJO with 23.  Really tough call but I voted Cadougan.

Junior Kardashian (how many of our games has Mike Kelley done this year and he is still mispronouncing Juniors name???wtf??) had his best game  of the year (imo) and Jamil Wilson was a monster in the second half both in scoring, defense and on the boards, but, we may have been blown out of the gym in half one without DJO and his run.

Extremely close and great to see everyone in the starting 5 have solid games (Vander is really coming on), but, I have to go DJO by a chin over Jamil Wilson.

Catigan's dunk was slick, but I had to go w/ J-Wil and his great performance on the glass

Toughest call of the year. Gotta go with Jamil. DJO a close 2nd and Junior not far behind.
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

Kelley had it right. Carter Blackburn, total prep name by the way, was butchering it.

Thanks, Blackburn blows then.  At least they got it right by the second half...someone must have put the correct pronunciation in front of Biff.

Both DJO and Wilson were studs, but voted for Wilson because DJO as a SENIOR needs to have the maturity to start quicker in games. Yes, he helped dig Marq out of  a hole, but those holes are dug by upperclassmen who still haven't learned to play well in BOTH halves. Senior starters can't have "quiet" halves......
"I went into a restaurant one night and ordered lobster, and the waiter brought me one with a claw missing. He told me that in the back there's a tank they keep the lobsters in and while they're in there, they fight and sometimes one loses a claw. I told him to bring me a winner."  Al McGuire

It was Jamil or Junior. Id say Jamil. Yes, DJO had a good run(like Vander) but he also had by far the worst fg% of the bunch and missed open shots early when we dug into the hole.

Remember Jamil also had like 7 pts early on too when it was 24-21. He kept us around as well.

Also it was more our pressure that got us in the game. DJO just happend to make 3 shots he wasnt making 10 minutes earlier.

DJO - we have no chance unless he goes beast mode in the last 10 of the first half. great game by all the starters, but he pushed us back into the game when we were getting stomped. completely turned the momentum on his own.
