Title: Erik Williams listed as one of the top players at the recent John Lucas tourney

ERIK WILLIAMS   6’6 f  (Cy Springs HS 2009)
Camp Team:  Rockets
Summer Team:  Houston Select
Why Erik?   Because for a kid to have not played organized ball since January knee surgery, Erik came out and immediately shined out like red nail polish.  He shot the three and rebounded well.  Also was impressive handling the rock in the open court.  The gym is still buzzing after his pair of follow up dunks over Tobi Oyedeji during Sunday’s session.

Great news after his knee surgery!  It sounds like Buzz has quite a player pipeline in the Houston area!

I thought he injured his ankle and no this knee. Did he have surjury on his ankle or knee?

Shouldn't we all reserve judgment on this guy until Murff has had time to analyze the 12 seconds of tape he saw? ;)

He hurt his ankle not his knee.

Erik Williams is silky smooth - his jump shot looks so natural.  Should be a nice get

Too bad there isn't any more "feel good" video out there on Erik for those who like to evaluate talent based on 12 seconds of video  ;D
