Campus safety

Seems like 16th Street is becoming a highway for criminals going from the South Side to the hood. Running lights, speeding, and putting pedestrians in danger. Maybe with the new rec center, the road can become a 2-way road with one lane each way.   Someone is going to get killed soon.
