In STD rates.  ;D ahead of ND!

(And yes I know this likely isn’t really true science based, but it is out there)

Marquette University secured its spot on our list of colleges with the highest STD rates in America with a sexual health rate of 1.76%. 1,236 people per 100,000 at this university have an STD which is +203% more than the national average. As a result of a sexual assault, 10.7 per 10,000 people have an STD. This is +71% more than the national average.
