The blood-money gang is happy to have such an ardent fan. Sure, 9-9-9 is deceased, but they'll take any fans they can get, dead or alive.

Best Greg Norman choke job at a PGA Championship?

Was it Inverness in ‘86 when he entered the final round with a 4-stroke lead and still had said 4-stroke lead with 9 to go, only to shoot +4 over those final 9, including a bogey from 25’ on the final hole after Bob Tway holed out from a greenside bunker?

Was it Inverness in ‘93 when he entered the final day with a 1-shot lead but lost in a playoff to Paul Azinger after missing a birdie putt on the first playoff hole and then bogeying from 4’ after a terrible first putt on the 2nd playoff hole?

Not surprised you’d play that dump.  Pretty low standards

Rocket:
Hope you enjoy your trip .

Last time I was there was to watch the 2008 Ryder Cup. An Excellent Course.

Was cool to see Anthony Kim spank Sergio ( who was at his peak then) in the first singles match of the day.

Valhalla Golf Club, located in Louisville, Kentucky, is a private golf club designed by Jack Nicklaus, opened in 1986. In 1992, Valhalla was selected to host the 1996 edition of the PGA Championship, one of golf's four majors. The following year, the PGA of America purchased a 25% interest in the club.

the club sold to a group in 2022 that included junior bridgeman-loved him as a player-pancake jumper

junior was one helluva a businessman.  I know he owned a bunch of yum brand restaurants that did him well  yum brand's headquarters is in Louisville  great story-retired in 1987 after making $350k/year.  formed bridgeman foods which by 2016 owned 160 wendy's and 120 chili's

Hoping Rory can be in peak form for The PGA.

The last two years he found his form for a couple majors and was high on the leaderboard , and in contention ,down the stretch. Lost to two guys who played great .

Rory, Needs to keep putting himself into position to have a chance . Having won at Valhalla he should have some positive memories to feed off.
