Yes, the price of college and housing has outstripped inflation and wage increases. Yes, there are no easy solutions. If there were, someone would have done them. There is a generational aspect to the systemic problems and the politics. I hope, and I mean this with every fiber of my being, that your generation does a better job of looking those problems in the eye and working on solutions, than have the boomers and the older Xers. 9
