2015 scholarships
« on: January 10, 2014, 09:54:06 AM »
As of now MU has two more to use.Who do you want? Many players in the mix.Stone,Heldt,Schwartz and Watson. There are others.I did not include Ellenson because he is going to Wisconsin.Hope I am wrong on that, but by accounts it looks like Wisconsin.

I would take Stone and Schwartz.Schwartz is a stretch 4 like Ellenson. He is 6'8"and can knock down the 3pt.shot.I really like Heldt and if another scholarship opens I would take him in a minute.

What leads you to be so sure of Ellenson?  Not disagreeing, I just haven't seen anything so definitive out there yet.

Stone, Charles Matthews, Watson, in that order.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Guards, guards, guards and more guards, as long as they can pass, dribble and shoot.

The way Wisky is playing right now--maybe Bo will snap up all of them.
I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind.

Do not see Schwartz going to UW if they land Ellenson. If UW lands Sharma they will not get Stone and/or Heldt.

Oh how the times have changed from as little as two years ago...

Scwartz and Watson. Can't afford Stone or Mathews.

Think Stone and Watson seems reasonable.

This is a wish list. Not my actual predictions.

I still have a great feeling about Stone, especially after Jerry Meyer gave us the nod as the leader for Stone.

Matthews is a tougher sell, but last I heard (which was admittedly 2 or 3 months ago) Buzz and Co. were still optimistic about their chances.
