I don't really think it's biased, I just think the Big East is really THAT good. Think about it, the top four teams in the conference (Louisville, Pitt, UCONN, and Nova) are great bets to reach the Final Four, although obviously Pitt or Nova may knock the other out. But there are as many as 7 teams that have a legit chance to make it to Detroit if you include MU, Syracuse, and West Va. Think the Big 10 can say that? I think the Big East DOMINATES this tournament....

And is everyone really that high on Wake? They are just begging to get knocked off my Cleveland St, and if they advance Utah will give them fits in the second round.

Is that Gonzaga pick because you do not think ty lawson will be healthy or you think gonzaga is the better team?

Midwest: Louisville & KU
West: UConn & Memphis
East: Xavier & Duke (disgusting, but I think they'll get every call)
South: Gonzaga & Cuse

No Big11Ten teams
Duke gets all the calls--that's how they can beat Pitt
Sorry, lotsa 1's and 2's there, but those really are the best teams.
WVU is not one of the best 8, but they get to play MSU.
I could see MU taking Memphis, but I wouldn't put $ on it.

My pick was influenced by the Lawson injury. I do think it could go either way. When picking I thought I had enough one and two seeds winning in my bracket, so I picked Gonzaga.

Watch the Memphis vs. Gonzaga game where the Tigers beat the Zags by 18 in Washington.  They aren't going to shoot lights out, but their D is insane, as they have more 6-6 to 6-10 players with length than you can shake a stick at.  All of their losses came before Tyreke Evans became their point guard.

Of course, their conference schedule was weak, but it stunk last year too, when they were a Mario Chalmers 3 away from winning the title.

I run a pool, so I take a freebie, so with that one, I used my heart a little bit. Looking back though, four 1s, two 3s and two 6s in the Elite 8 is far from goofy, however.

And I did pick Cleveland State to beat Wake.
