Interesting. So a tournament team has never had a bad loss at home during their season?

I think it is more problematic than interesting. The Warriors are at best a bubble team, a blow out loss at home vs SH does not bode well. I think we needed to sweep a couple of team, SH being one of them, to have a legit shot at the NCAA. The margin for error was small and became smaller with the loss to SH.  I am ok with another "rebuilding year" but as has been said by some, I worry a little about what I see as a lack of toughness both mental and physical. Happy New Year to all you Scoopers:)

We already knew that with our weak schedule we had little margin for error, so this loss whether by 1 or 20 makes things really questionable. I am not surprised that we lost to Seton Hall. I think they are better than most people here are giving them credit for. I was surprised by losing by 20, especially after we finished the first half strong. What concerns me is our slow starts, which we had against a few of our bunny teams. It was not uncommon for our team to be down 5 minutes into a game we ended up winning by 20 to 30 points. Does it just seem like this team does not show up defensively at the start of games?

People need to calm down. I thought it was really encouraging how we responded after getting down big in the first half. If we got down big in the first and never made it a game I'd be more concerned. In the second half our shots weren't falling. And when shots aren't falling and momentum swings a game can go from 5 points to 20 very quickly. I still like this team's potential
