Any word on whether there will be any recruits at Madness?  (apologies if this is covered in the recruiting thread)

We need to let these non athletic types go to the Badgers. Very disappointing . We were making good progress moving away from slow guys who can’t jump.

I do not even know who he is. However, assuming he is the 13th best player that would make him better than 500(?) other 2022 players in Wisconsin so the statement would be correct.

Full agreement with Cain the get beat on defense and  no easy transition buckets Hauser ball needs to be chalked up as a recruiting mistake and learned from.  This aint the big ten, there is not going to be anyone for them to guard.  Im fine with bringing these kids in for Madness and if one of them blows up fine, you recruit him hard but only if he has the athleticism to play in the BE

Casting a wide net at the sophomore level, especially when they are in-state kids who can just drive here, is hardly a problem.

Silly.  Sam and Joey competed in the Big East just fine.

Why in the world would we want guys like Ty Jerome, Kyle Guy, Kihei Clark, and Jack Salt?

This. There is no downside to having the kids there.

Or how about Frank Kaminsky, Sam Decker, Bronson Koenig, and Tyler Herro.  Or how about Sam Hauser.

or Travis Diener, Steve Novak, Gordon Hayward, Larry Bird or Donte DiVincenzo?

Assuming a kid is not athletic or can't play at this level because of his skin color is pathetic.

Then again we've recruited some athletic guys who couldn't carry Travis's jock.....

ps and yes we invite all kinds of kids to madness every season....most don't get offered.
