Sure thing, friend.

Just looking through my settings on it, as it took some fumbling to make it work the first time. Be sure to change the Default Level setting to "use fixed location" and on the Fixed Location node, pick where on the map you want to spoof your geolocation to. In this case, I assume anywhere in WI. On this page you also need to select the "fixed location disables geolocation" box. You can also check/uncheck the Pause box when you want to turn it off. Then go to YouTube TV and under your settings, there is an update location button.

There is a way to do all of this without an extension, basically by changing some background settings in Chrome. This is just a GUI version of that.

VPNs do mask your location but you sacrifice internet speed in doing so. And from what I remember, some don't play at all with TV providers and other websites...

Someone else asked if this updates the geolocation for all devices, the answer is no. For some reason, I assume YouTube TV sets a "home location" and even when the geolocation from a single device changes, it won't update that for all other devices. But I assume anyone that is saavy enough to have a streaming TV provider has a way to cast.

This only works for local news channels. I just tried and I see the local news channels but still get the comcast sports net from Chicago and no FSW.

For streamers, even though Hula  does not show FCS in their channel listing, when I use my Hulu login at Fox Sports Go, it does unlock FCS.  I don't know if that'll work for other service providers

Updated, on the Account icon, there is a current location button. You have the option of changing it to use your browser location. Worked like a charm.
Thanks!

Crap. It's only letting update current location by using my phone. Which puts me back to Minneapolis. FML

Damn it... now I have Milwaukee local channels but don't see MU. I need to be looking for Fox Sports Wisconsin?

I'm glad, I feel like I should make a thread on this method instead of piecing out directions in a thread like this. Works fine unless you are one to give up quickly.

Fox Sports Wisconsin has the "Badger Sports Report" immediately before the MU game. Really?  Badger grad in charge of programming?

You can sign up for a 5 day free trial of playstation vue (you don't need to own a playstation) if you add-on their sports package it includes every regional Fox sports channel regardless of your location. Just don't forget to cancel your subscription after the game (or maybe I'll stick with playstation vue after this, considering Youtube TV doesn't have this option and I was having issues with it earlier tonight).

Humm. Maybe you can get the channels, yet you don't pay for them? I have Spectrum Cable, I can get them, yet I don't have them as I don't pay for these channels.

Only one package with yttv.

When the game is broadcast on such an obscure channel that you can't even pirate it...

I don't know.  Each time I click the link for the game, I get Streameast, which won't allow the game to come on, only pop ups

YTTV is working for me to watch even it if state, but I live in Wisconsin so that might be different for others since my home area code is "local"
