Who was watching the Creighton - Nova game?

My god.  When Creighton is shooting like that, they can beat anyone in the country...and handily.  They just embarassed Villanova in Philly.

Hard to make it a game when the other teams hits 21 threes in the first 30 minutes, but Nova has had a tough half here.

Can you imagine what this board would say about our 3 point defense if that happened to MU?

Gotta give to Creighton. They have an interestin' style of ball. They play hard, quick, ad shoot the 3 ball. Fun to watch, but not a recipe for a championship. They really do take the game to you and you better be ready.

A friend of mine coaches one of the state's better programs, is the son of a Big East coach, and played PG for Boylan loves McDermott's game planning. Watches and tapes every Creighton game. Says the CU game plan is a blueprint for aggressive traditional teams who can shoot it.

I wasn't going for any great insight here and certainly stating the obvious.  It was just an incredible performance.  McDermott called the dogs off with several minutes left.  They had scored over 80 with 10 minutes left in the game and against a good defensive team.

This is your 3rd response saying the same thing.  You made your point in the first one.  Some of us might think you're enjoying Buzz struggling.

They were responses in different threads that got merged later.

Some of you might think if it was the middle of the day and I said day, you would scream it is night.  So, I really don't care.

Instead of FTs, maybe Buzz should have the team practice shooting threes!

Yeah. They won't make a deep run living behind the arc.

Yeah. They won't make a deep run living behind the arc.

They could win 2 for sure. They could lose to almost anyone in the tourney but if they're hot they can beat anybody, including the #1 seeds.

Gives me hope for our game against Villanova ... especially if we can make 21 threes!

Hell, guy that I am, I'd settle for 19 or 20!!!
