that would be Washington, Carolina, and Seattle.
Seahawks on a mission...

Seahawks lost at home to the Rams (for the 2nd time this season) 2 weeks ago.

Beating a top 10 team on the road would be incredible impossible right now!

Going out on a limb here. I think the Warriors are going to draw a line in the sand and show up loaded for bear. We are going to put two good halves together and show everyone we are built for Big East competition.

Sandy is going to step up big time to guarding Kris Dunn. Luke is going to have a very productive game and the freshman will all stay within their roles and subsequently have  solid high efficiency performances. Wally will give some energy.

Duane and JJJ will add icing to the cake in transition.

This game is one where I think the match ups can work in our favor.

We Win 82-78.

Does this only work if JJJ gets as much playing time as you think he should?

I think Parise nailed it - the MU bigs have had trouble with "physicality." If the bumping down low continues to not be called and Luke and HE can't finish with the bodying, it'll be another long night. And if that's the case, someone is going to have to light it up from outside - last year at the Dunk, Duane went off but it was too late. Going to RI to show the colors.

It's a guaranteed win for MU... Why?  I'm in Bali on vacation and amazingly the game is on TV live on the local fox sports station... Which I found out only after booking river rafting with the kids...

So they will win and have the best game of the season and I'll miss it.

I'm going out on a limb watching this game with a bunch of local Providence fans.

Their Charlotte club and the MU Charlotte club are getting together for some friendly fun ... and I have a bad feeling we'll be on the receiving end of trash talk without us Warriors having a suitable rebuttal.

Unless, "Hey, we won the title 39 years ago!" is a suitable rebuttal.

Beating a top 10 team on the road would be incredible right now!

Marquette has beaten one ranked team away from home this year (then-#22 LSU)

Marquette hasn't beaten a ranked team in a true road game since beating then-#9 Wisconsin in Madison on December 3, 2011 (0-9 since).

Marquette hasn't beaten a Top 10 team in a true road game in the same time frame (0-6 since).

Marquette hasn't beaten a ranked Big East opponent away from home since beating then-#14 UConn on February 24, 2011 (0-11 since).

Marquette hasn't beaten a Top 10 Big East opponent away from home since beating then-#10 Villanova in the Big East Tournament on March 11, 2010 (0-11 since).

Marquette hasn't beaten a Top 10 Big East opponent in a true road game since beating then-#6 Pittsburgh on January 21, 2007 (0-13 since).

Going into the 2003 NCAA tournament, Marquette hadn't been to the Final four in 26 years.

Going into the 2013 NCAA tournament, Marquette hadn't reached the Elite Eight in 10 years.

Not advancing any position. Just noting that it has been a long, long time since MU pulled off the kind of victory against the kind of opponent they face tonight.

Lots of people sitting in the moron bucket tonight.  And I'm sure they couldn't be happier about it.

It was lots of fun. The Providence group went from fairly loud to very quiet VERY quickly!

The trash talk was minimal and very friendly. I thanked them for the signature victory!

And in addition you knew you'd be hidden high in the rafters with your dart gun, emplacing small amounts of novocaine into the Friar players......anyway, well done sir!  Well done!
All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

Stay there and don't return until late April. The Fox feed to Bali has been scrambled for the duration of the season.
