Can UConn the NCAA?

The first draft wasn't enough, so in its effort to "Conn" the NCAA, the NCAA said "UConn"  have a weeks extension, .....

....and the school hired Jon Lovitz to revise the Huskier second draft--who pronounced it great....yeaaaaah, thats the ticket!!!
