UWM: Always the tree, never the dog.

And that's very likely what they will be for awhile.  I know they have aspirations to be the 1B to Madison's 1A, but until the State of Wisconsin decides to invest a lot more resources into the school, it will never reach that level.  It is a former teacher's college, still mostly commuters, without a law school or medical school.

Much more like Cleveland State than like Cincinnati.  Much more like Northern Kentucky than like Louisville.
