Title: Error on Scholarship Table

This table has the totals wrong on the bottom for 11-12 and 12-13.  We actually have two scholarships left for 2011-12, (one since Jake Thomas is apparently getting one), and one more for 2012-13.  13 total right?

Well...here's the rub...we do technically have 2 left for 11-12.  That would bring it up to 13.  For 12-13 you have to consider "assuming all from previous year have been used", which means that if we signed 2 more for 11-12, (assuming more than 1 year of eligibility)  we'd already have 14 guys signed up for 12-13. So I guess I could add one more to 11-12, but then 12-13 is already at -1.

I made the bold assumption that we wouldn't sign 2 more for this year, and kept the one extra on 11-12....until season starts and then I'm planning on moving it over to 12-13.

edit: But I just read the Jake Thomas news, so I guess I'll have to resolve this thing one way or the other...

edit again: I took the easy way out and said JT was only getting a 1 year scholarship.

Rocky I know what you are saying, but it is a little misleading.  Assuming that we will sign a player at this point for 11-12 doesn't make a great deal of sense.  The fact is that we have 1 scholarship remaining for 12-13 provided that everyone who is eligible, and on scholarship, returns.  (With the exception of Jake Thomas who is only on a one year deal.)

It's not an assumption that we *could* sign another guy for this year.  It's 100% possible.  Just not probable. However, assuming we're saving the scholarship for 12-13 at this point would be an assumption.

Just to make sure you understand how assumptions work ;)  You may disagree, but at this point in time I believe the table to be accurate according to what we know.
