Never really been one to place blame on Wojo but last game was crazy.

Hope he’s more flexible tonight.
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

I don’t understand why Rowsey and Howard are both starting despite how good of scorers both are. Does Wojo not see the defensive limitations with both of them on the floor and how good it worked against Creighton when we only had Rowsey on the floor?

Early signs of life. Getting a few open looks, making, open looks, Heldt hitting the floor to get a contested board. All good things. Not thrilled with the starting lineup, but so far, so good.

Looking like Ewing might have missed Sam on the scouting report. They just keep ficing him shots. I'll take that kind of defense all day.

Zone keeping Georgetown in the game.
Starting Howard and Rowsey because they are the two best guards.   As Elliott falls down again.

Freshman does good thing, freshman does dumb things.  Elliott not good in traffic so far.

It was crazy because Wojo told them to turn the ball over n miss shots and get out rebounded?  Ya lets hope he tells them not to do that tonight.

I don't think any of the last 3 fouls called on Marquette were fouls.

Fouling them every time they shoot also helps.  Ridiculous, every game.  Another starter in trouble now Howard with two.

10 point lead gone. Sacar losing it, Cain losing it, Rowsey lost it.  Then another foul.  Oh well, nothing different.

Sam has to sit.  12-1 run with him on the bench.  Freshmen not strong with the ball yet.  Howard sitting during the run, too.  Need new scapegoat narrative.

Most of this run has come off of freshman turnovers n other freshman mistakes.  Does this make wojo a bad coach?
