If it stays this way, disappointing end to a magical year.

Fingers crossed. Still time, but it’s starting to look bleak.

As we recognize Kolek’s poor game, let’s not olose sight of what a great year he had. It’s a shame it ended like this, but let’s not bash him.

I really do think that hand injury was worse than we were lead to believe.

True, but he made a lot of really dumb passes that he hadn’t been doing.

I hope we get the real story on Kolek’s injury. I can’t believe he plays this poorly out of no where unless the injury is worse than we think.

Kolek won MU a lot of games this year, but wow was he terrible today.  No matter the reason

Great year.  I just can’t be disappointed.

Unfortunate to end here.  If Kolek plays like he has most of the year we likely win.

I've always said Izzo is a great coach.  MU got out-coached today.
Shaka will learn from this and get better.
8 final fours gives some advantages in this situation.

I can't remember ever being so frustrated.  This team has fought therir ass off but when the game was right there for the taking we weren't the team we have been all season.  It's the self-inflicted mistakes that are too much to take.
I’m the most upset I’ve been in years. Kind of sad honestly. Msu isn’t even good. Just a truly terrible performance. Grade school turnovers. Like wtf. To scared? Too big for the moment? Such a depressingly awful performance. Embarrassing. Oh well if everyone’s back I’ll feel better

Can't imagine it was the injury.

Would not have been in this game without him.   Team played terribly today.

I don't agree with that. The TOs cost us, and too many missed open looks.

I thought both coaches did a heck of a job punching and counter punching.

This will probably be the ugliest game in the entire tournament and with that it will be the last one I watch in the tournament.

I once witnessed the Bucks come back down by 8 with 32 seconds left in the early 1980's in Phoenix.

Very doubtful the 'Quette pulls this out, but possible.

There was no “out-coaching”.  Marquette played uncharacteristically sloppy. Kolek was a shell of his normal play.

I didn't really see anything that indicated Izzo did a great job coaching. MU simply played terribly. TK, oof.

MSU’s performance wasn’t even in the top 5 of opponents that MU has played this year.  That game was lost by MU’s play not won by their coach

A bit, but Shaka didn’t cause all the ridiculous turnovers.
