Well done, young man.
Tremendous those are all legit courses . 5 courses 4 As and an A-

Excellent work. Is AB not a thing at MU anymore?
-
Am I remembering correctly? Back in my day I think we had A, AB (3.5), B, etc… not +’s and -‘s… has it changed or is this a vicious lie?!

Kids these days can't handle AB BC CD
-
Wasn’t Stanford also on Oso’s final list?
-
Congratulations to Stevie - very impressive!
-
That A- is totally unacceptable, and anybody who thinks otherwise is engaging in COLE!
Seriously, congrats to Stevie.
-
Nice work Stevie!
Sack the teacher who gave the A-.
-
Very impressive; taking courses that will actually benefit him even if he leaves early (NBA career?) so he will know how to manage his money. Wish I would have taken a few business courses when I was in school.
-
A- in Philosophy? Guess he won't be transferring to UW.
-
That darn Hegel will get you every time.
-
I Kant believe that A-

I always maintained, that those who can BS the best, succeed in the Philosophy classes ! ! ! Just sayin' !!! 8-)

I’d prefer Stevie be an “A” on the court over the classroom

Basketball glory is forever, classroom glory is for nerds

I think Stevie is more likely to sniff an MBA than sniff the NBA.

So?

Too bad Justin isn't more interested in receiving his degree. Basketball is only temporary. Education is forever.

I'll chip in $5 for every A on his report card.

The NCAA would probably put Marquette on probation for that. They so badly botched NIL that they're desperate to enforce something!
-
I see the Philosophy Department still grades the same as 40 years ago.
-
WOW!!!
Good scoring average and good classroom average in tough stuff.
I'd love to have him working for me after he's finished college and his basketball career.
I think most of us feel the same way!

You might be working for him when all is said and done

He can get an MU degree for free anytime he wants

Man has bean counter written all over him.

NCAA rules now allow schools to pay student athletes up to $ 5,980 per year for academic achievement. Last month UW-Madison announced that they were going to start doing this. Haven't heard anything about MU starting such a program. This would seem like a good thing for MU to help it's basketball recruiting a little bit - but maybe with Title IX, etc. they'd have to do it for all the non-revenue sports as well, making it too expensive for MU ?

Wouldn't have to do it for all non revenue sports. Don't even necessarily have to do it for women's sports though best practice would be to match. I'd imagine that if MU did it, they would at least match in women's basketball

Up to $5980 for "academic achievement"? Does the school get to decide the payment threshold? If so, I'm for: "hey kid, if you keep your grades high enough so you're eligible to play, we'll pay you the maximum amount allowed" for everyone on the roster, including walk-ons.

That was ironically funny.
