Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

I’m all in but 11th is ridiculous.

Seton Hall was 10th.

And they kinda acknowledged that 11th is ridiculous for Marquette.

Is Marquette one of the best 11 teams in the country? Probably not! But honestly, who cares? ... That’s the real takeaway, at this early stage: don’t care. Let’s just talk hoops, right?

Reading it, I think it's more power ranking the best program stories so far, not the best programs. Because as good as BYU, Seton Hall, and Marquette have been, I think it's safe to say Villanova would still be ahead of them despite the OT loss to UCLA. But in terms of creating storylines (thus the "Coverage" power rankings) we are right there with our shocking win and unblemished record.

That's how I read it, too.
