Mascot Trivia
« on: October 03, 2023, 03:17:39 PM »
I was at a trivia night the other night and one of the final round questions was what is the only D1 school with Blue Jays as a mascot?  For a bonus point, what is the other school with that mascot that plays D1 in only one specific sport.

The first is a breeze for anyone here for obvious reasons.  But the second was pretty simple as well, IMO.  Yet only one other team got the first and nobody else got the bonus.

Granted, Ive always been kind of a mascot nerd, I remember sitting with the sports page the day after Selection Sunday and looking at all the random mascots in the team profile pages.  At one point I knew all 320 some NCAA BB mascots.  It was a fun drinking game I used to play with my roommates in college.
