Williams has TV analyst role

Buzz Williams is among six college basketball coaches who will serve as guest studio analysts of the NCAA tournament on CBS College Sports Network this week.

Should be entertaining! He'll tell it like it is!

Other coaches in the mix are Jamie Dixon of Pittsburgh, Seth Greenberg of Virginia Tech, Tony Barbee of UTEP, Dave Rose of BYU and former St. John's coach Norm Roberts.

What great visibility and his quirkiness is bound to carry the group or at least I hope so.

Ummm  doesn't Greenberg have other stuff going on?  Like the NIT.

Greenberg must know something, we don't.  Hummmm, maybe I'll place a little bet against VT!
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

So, does Buzz defer to all of these great coaches and go all church-mousey or does he take over and rule the roost?
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

Greenberg and Buzz can discuss the merits of MU going to the Dance and VT being a wallflower. Hope to see some bitch slappin'.

Can I be the first to say .. Buzz is turning out to be such a media whore.   I can't believe he'd go on national TV.  Just loves to feed his own ego, making sure he's more marketable.  It's all about him and his advancement.

Crap, once ESPN hears how well Buzz prepares for a broadcast, they probably snap him up, and we'll be stuck with Len Elmore as our coach.  Hopefully he can get a few NY guys to play here.

There were a whole host of dudes on this board who worshipped the throne in Crean's biffer because no one could get the University media attention like T-Cubed.

Something lost on those that live in Mequon and the greater Milwaukee Metroplex   ;)

We liked the idea that MU was a national name again even in these crazy parts like the Republic of Pelosi California
