Was at Chili’s with IU assistant who wanted to know when he plans on committing. Wants to get Archie in front of him before committing. Plans on choosing before November 20.

Will leave Friday for MU official. Great relationship with MU coaches who have recruited him for years. Knows some guys from high school ball in Minnesota and USA ball.

IU had great official visit. Met coaches he hadn’t met yet. Said IU has had the best fans so far. Knows players at IU as well.

Highlights:

IU took him to Chilis.We can at least get him to a steak dinner.
Visiting us starting Friday
Really tight with Leal and Galloway
Talks with Lewis and Oso.
Really liked our crowd, nba arena and players (mn connection helps) in first visit. Big fan of our coaching staff
IU has rabid fanbase and he likes that. IU felt like home on visit. They want to get him with archie one more time

Biggest things he said he wants: his role from the start defined. Wants a good connection with staff. Wants to see how he will get to next level.

I feel like Wojo is really good at this aspect of recruiting, hopefully he likes what he hears and that wins out in the end

I was actually pretty excited to hear the IU assistant asked him tonight when he plans on announcing so they can get Archie in front of him one last time.

Makes me think IU is nervous about the MU visit.
