California: Fair Pay to Play Act

I did not see this posted anywhere.  Here is an interesting article about a potential California law that could up end the way California colleges operate in the student/athlete realm and the impact on NCAA.  The doomsday scenario is that the California schools end up taking their ball and starting their own leagues.  These are certainly interesting times.

I almost posted it yesterday as it is receiving plenty of buzz here locally, but I figured it would be labeled politics so I didn’t.
