UW Board's Thoughts on the Game

I always like to check out the other teams board, win or lose after a big game.  Here's what UW fans are saying over at Badger Nation.

i love that they called the game lethargic.  uh, don't they know almost all Bajjer games quality opponents are like that since they can't score more than 60 most nights unless they play a team like SIU Edwardsville or go to OT.

"At the end of the day, Wisconsin will be a better team at the end of the year because they have more depth and more overall talent."

I found this comment laughable.  More overall talent?  Maybe more size, but we almost have more talent in our starting lineup than they do on their whole team.

If by better team at the end of the year means a better record then yes Wisconsin will have a better record then Marquette due merely to schedules.  Earlier I was reading on their scout board making fun of our non-conference schedule.  Sorry we don't get cupcakes in our conference schedule.  They are legitimately scared of teams like Northwestern, Michigan, Minnesota, Penn St and Iowa...

try playing Louisville, Pitt, ND, UCONN all back to back

pure genius stuff by Bill Simmons, remember to read day 2

Our OC schedule may not be the best, but we beat them.     Plus,  we don't get to build our resume with Penn St, Northwestern, IU, Illinois, Iowa.  (I hate the Wolverines, put props to Belein for getting them to play his system and beating UCLA and Duke)  Particularly this year, the pre-season is about learning to play together under a new system to prepare for the war that is the BEast.    Dayton, UW, Vols, Wolfpack are enough good teams to challenge us, the cupcakes are for preparation.

Yes but are they scared of "It's Indiana?"

"An absolute joke.  I'm not even going to say that it was totally one sided.  The calls were awful on both sides but UW most definitely got the short end of the stick."

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! is this guy serious?

What exactly do you guys expect to find on a Wisconsin Basketball board?  You are all laughable - of course there is going to be the one-sided view over there (just like here).... ?-(
