I don't know if there has ever been a borderline Top 25 team that has ever gotten less.

We are who we thought we are. Not much use complaing about it.
Hopefully Chris Otule is a revelation.

Its really, really hard not to complain when its like playing without a center.  Nanvikil had more points in the first half then Burke has had the whole year.  As I type, Burke hit a free throw.  Holy cow.

Understand and share the frustration, but what's the point?
A stud post player isn't going to materialize. There's nothing to be done except recruit the post better in the years to come.
This is your team.

ESPN Gamecast showed one minute for Otule.  Did he actually get in??  I never heard him mentioned - had to be a mistake

ALthough he clearly is not a prolific player, I am proud of how Burke played.  He did what he needed to and helped keep the ball out around the perimeter.  WI hardly took anything inside in the second half.  DB clearly gave his all tonight and made some heads up plays.  That loose ball he grabbed where he called the time out was a clutch grab and a key moment in the game.  I like it.

burke had a few key plays all in a row. the offensive rebound of the 3 miss, the timeout after hustling for the ball and an overall good defensive game from him.

Yes, Dwight did some good things in the second half. I have to give him his due.

So what do you guys think we should do?

Should we seek a trade?  Are there any free agents available that could give us some good minutes?

Seriously, what do you want us to do?

That would be great except you can't make trades in college basketball.

Unfortunately, TC failed to recruit a center. So we have a marginally talented power forward playing center and a very good small forward playing power forward. Nevertheless, Burke did a great job tonight on defense and so did Hayward with his rebounding.

I thought Dwight played well. Got to the line a few times, didn't convert as much as I would have liked but got some very solid rebounds and played tough defense. That's pretty much all we need out of him.  If he can play like he did today every game, it puts us in a very good position to win.  Chris did NOT get in the game but both he and Fulce were on the bench in uniform and both went through the final warmup with the team. Hope at least one is back by Tennessee. The size will help, even if they do not contribute great numbers.

That why it was a huge DICK move when Mbakwe left.  The team was counting on him this season and he bailed the day before class started.  Chuck Norris would kick his a$$.

Fire the coach for not recruiting a big man.
